Shipping & Return Policy
All items listed on the website are ready to ship within 1-3 business days. All items are shipped via Canada Post that include tracking and delivery confirmation.
If you are located in USA, you will be responsible for paying a portion of the shipping fee.
If you're located outside of North America, please contact us before placing your order. Customer is responsible for any customs charges/import duty, taxes etc.
In the event that an order is returned to sender due to an address entry error on the customer's part, return shipping charges will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
We want you to be happy with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com for an exchange within 15 days of receipt. Items must be in new condition and in original packaging. All shipping/handling charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
